1. Who you're dealing with

The brand Oruky is owned and operated by Adalwin Commerce™ LLP ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in India and part of Adalwin Group. Our studios are located in Pune and Gurgaon. Reach us anytime at hello@oruky.com.

2. By using oruky.com you agree to these terms

By browsing, registering, or placing an order on oruky.com you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Products & made-to-order pricing

Oruky products are 3D-printed in-house, in numbered limited editions. Most pieces are made to order. We reserve the right to:

• Update product designs, specifications, and prices at any time without notice.
• Limit quantities purchased per customer or per household.
• Refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, at our sole discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, sold-out drops).

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. International orders may attract additional duties or import taxes payable by the recipient.

4. Orders, payment & confirmation

An order is only confirmed once we have received successful payment AND issued you an order confirmation email. Until then, we are not bound to fulfil it. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Shipping, delivery & risk

Detailed timelines, costs, and serviceable regions are listed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the courier delivers the package to the address you provided. We use insured shipping for orders above ₹5,000.

6. Returns & lifetime reprint guarantee

Most Oruky products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We do, however, offer a Lifetime Reprint Guarantee: if your Oruky breaks, send us a photo and we'll reprint it for ₹150 + actual shipping. Full terms in our Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All product designs, characters, names, illustrations, photography, copy, and software on oruky.com are the property of Adalwin Commerce™ LLP and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and design laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any of our IP without our written consent.

Buying an Oruky character grants you ownership of the physical object only — not of the underlying design files, character IP, or brand assets.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, server, or database.
• Resell Oruky products without our written authorisation.
• 3D-scan, replicate, or reverse-engineer Oruky designs for commercial use.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Oruky or Adalwin Group.

9. User content & reviews

By posting reviews, photos, or any content on oruky.com or tagging us on social media with #oruky or #FoundOruky, you grant Oruky a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to reproduce that content in our marketing, with attribution where reasonable.

10. Disclaimers & limits of liability

Oruky products are collectible designer toys and desk accessories for adults and supervised children. Small parts may be present — keep away from children under 3.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Adalwin Commerce™ LLP's total liability arising out of or in connection with any product or order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
